    Teeshia's offers a selection of lunch boxes that accommodates the professional setting. These packages can include gourmet sandwiches, wraps, and premium salads.   • We are pleased to announce that we have a charming room available for rent, ideal for birthday parties as well as various other events such as sip & paint sessions, small meetings, and intimate gatherings.

    Private Event & Space Rental Options

    After-Hours Event Rentals

    • Private Room: $480 | 6:00 PM – Midnight

    • Entire Shop: $720 | 6:00 PM – Midnight

    • Saturday: Pricing may vary

    Security Deposit:

    • $200 refundable deposit required

    • Refunded within 48 hours post-event pending inspection

    Business-Hours Private Room Rentals

    • $85 per hour (2-hour minimum)

    • Available Tuesday–Saturday during business hours

    • Food and beverages must be purchased through our establishment

    What’s Included

    • Tables, chairs, and linens

    • Ample parking

    • Standard post-event cleaning

    • On-site staff presence throughout the rental period

    Additional Terms

    • A staff member will be on-site at all times to assist and ensure policies are followed

    • Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved

    • Setup and breakdown time is included in the rental window

    • Decorations must be approved in advance

    Space rental fees do not include food or beverages.

    Clients may choose from our event catering packages or purchase food à la carte from our menu.
    All food and beverages must be provided by our establishment unless pre-approved.

    Menu selections and final guest count must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

A GEM 💎 a taste with love and it’s just a sandwich right lol that’s what I’m saying it’s made with love. I had the salmon club and it was to die for. Great crisp with the right amount of veggies on it, with the sauce omg the sauce. I also added a side of pasta salad and it was the best I’ve had hands down. A great savory creamy smooth taste that melts in your mouth. Last but not least you gotta get the flavored homemade lemonade. I had mango and it was sooooo good, in other words don’t walk run there you won’t regret it

Best sandwich in the entire city. I’ve tried them all. Prime Rib is my favorite but they’re all delicious. Generous portions, great service, and ice cream for dessert. Check it out!

It's not very often that I'm able to dine and I'm still talking about the food hours later. I had the pleasure of trying the Salmon club today (it comes with pork or turkey bacon options, I opted for the turkey) and it made my entire day better. The portion of salmon was absolutely worth the cost, it wasn't too small, and the flavor was out of this world. I went to work after getting my food, and my coworker had already heard of Teeshia's work and was excited to know what I thought of this sandwich in particular as she had heard nothing but good things. It's so delicious 😋 please be sure to get one!
